The NHSS 12 Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course (TTMBC) is held at the training venue in Chelmsford, just off junction 16 or 17 of the A12 or the A414. It is easily accessible by car or public transport. Chelmsford train station is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
