We deliver NRSWA Streetworks courses for operatives and supervisors, including the NRSWA Re-assessment course for both roles, at the Chelmsford, Essex (CM2) training venue, aiming to provide you with the skills and knowledge required for safe and efficient street works. Whether you need to carry out the manual excavation and reinstatement of footpaths and highways or be qualified to oversee the works, these courses will give you the right certification to carry out work under the New Roads and Street Works Act. The NRSWA Reassessment course can be taken at any time before your certificates expire and up to 5 years after your expiry. Any remaining time left before expiry is added to your new card. If you completed your NRSWA Operative or Supervisor course with us, we would advise you that you will need to complete the reassessment course within 3 months of the expiry date.

NRSWA Streetworks Courses – Rainham, Essex RM13
At the Rainham, Essex (RM13) training venue, we run NRSWA Streetworks courses for operatives and supervisors, including the NRSWA Re-assessment Operative or Supervisors course, which are designed to provide operatives and supervisors with the skills and knowledge required for safe and efficient street works. The operatives’ course is for anyone who carries out manual excavation, reinstatement, or maintenance works on footpaths, roads and highways. However, any street works site must have a qualified NRSWA supervisor appointed to the site who can oversee the works. The supervisor need not be on-site at all times but must be able to carry out the role while monitoring the street works adequately. Our expert trainers will take you through the NRSWA regulations, focusing on key aspects such as understanding street works notices, traffic management, and safe excavation techniques.
The Rainham training (RM13) venue is s located just off the A 13. Nearby train stations include Rainham and Dagenham Dock.
NRSWA Streetsworks Courses – Wickford, Essex SS11
NRSWA Streetsworks courses such as NRSWA for operatives and NRSWA for supervisors, including the NRSWA Re-assessment for Operatives or Supervisors courses, are delivered at Wickford, Essex (SS11) training venue. Whether you are a contractor, supervisor, or utility worker, the training courses will provide you with the necessary competencies to carry out or monitor the street works safely and effectively, minimising risks to yourself, your team, and the public. City & Guilds Confined Spaces & EURS Courses – Brentwood, Essex CM14
At the Brentwood, Essex (CM14) training venue, we provide specialised training for professionals working in confined spaces and the water industry, such as City & Guilds Confined Spaces and EUSR National Water Hygiene courses designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for safe and efficient operations. Specifically, City & Guilds, Confined Spaces courses are aimed to ensure you understand the risks associated with confined space entry and acquire the skills to work safely in such environments. CPCS Courses – Ongar, Essex CM5
A large number of CPCS plant training courses are delivered at the Ongar, Essex training venue (CM5), including those covering excavators, cranes, and forklifts. If you are a plant operator, supervisor, or manager involved in the operation and management of a construction site, the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) provides training and certification for operating construction plant machinery and equipment. Earning the Red (trained operator) Card will confirm that you have the core skills, knowledge and understanding of all that you require. However, a newly trained operator will still require full and close supervision until you are deemed experienced enough to work safely without supervision.
