What is the 18th Edition?
Run over 3 days, the 18th edition course will teach you how to design and install to the latest regulations. This course is Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations; BS 7671 (2018) incorporating Amendment 1:2020 and Amendment 2:2022.
Important: The course price includes all certification and examination fees, however, does not include the BS 7671:2018 book which is required for the qualification. Please bring your own, up-to-date copy. If you don’t have a copy you can purchase one online.

- A 60-question multiple-choice exam taken online using City & Guilds’ exam portal
The multiple-choice exam is an open book exam, which means you are allowed to take a copy of the 18th Edition into the exam, as long as it hasn’t been annotated.
Certification
You will be awarded a digital certificate on successful completion of this course.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements to enrol on this course, however, it is expected that delegates have prior knowledge of electrical theory and terminologies, together with a basic understanding of electrical installation principles and associated circuits.
